The Commodore Dining Room of the Manor Inn is a participating member of the "Taste of Nova Scotia Society" As such, we offer only the finest and freshest product available, and our kitchen prides itself on wholesome, natural, preparation methods. The utmost care is taken to make your dining experience as enjoyable as possible. As well we are the highest AAA rated ( 3 diamond ) dining room in the Yarmouth area

Our water comes from our own regularly tested and inspected artesian well. The quality of our water enhances the natural flavors of the food and beverages we serve.

Our MAP package includes selections from our  Table d'Hote menu. Alternatively, you may select any of the items off our a la carte menu and  apply the value of the Table d'Hote menu against whatever you choose.  Click here for more information. Our version of this classic with sliced mushrooms and our original dressing with anchovies and capers topped with  Asiago  and fresh parmesan cheeses

A Fresh Nova Scotia fillet of choice haddock topped with a white wine bechamel and grated cheddar then lightly baked to perfection.

Beef Tournedos
Medallions of our beef tenderloin lightly marinated then seared on a high heat to lock in the flavor. Served with a peppercorn sauce
